Who is responsible

What this website collects

We do not use advertising pixels or session replay. The tax check runs only in your browser; its answers are not stored or sent to us. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time, browser details and security signals, to deliver and protect the site.

The contact form

Our contact form is provided by Tally. If you submit it, we collect your name, email address and message, plus a phone number and business name if you provide them. Tally stores your submission securely on our behalf and emails the enquiry to Aman. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated spam.

Please do not use the form for tax records, account details or other confidential financial information. We use enquiry information to respond, understand the services you may need, prevent misuse and take steps at your request before a possible engagement. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in answering and protecting enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps before entering a contract.

Sharing and international processing

Tally processes form submissions on our behalf and states that form data is stored in Europe and encrypted in transit and at rest. GHW, our website service provider, manages the form for us. Notification emails are held in Alpha Associates’ Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our hosting, email and security providers may process technical information internationally under their applicable safeguards.

For more information, see Tally’s privacy policy. Google reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction information for spam prevention under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Choosing WhatsApp means Meta’s terms and privacy information also apply. We do not sell enquiry data.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiries are held in Tally and in our email mailbox. If you do not become a client, we normally delete those records within 12 months, unless they are needed for a complaint, legal claim or other legitimate reason. If you become a client, professional and legal record-keeping periods apply instead.

Cookies and similar technology

We have not enabled advertising pixels or marketing analytics on the website or contact form. Our homepage and services page contain an embedded Tally form. When it loads, your browser connects to Tally. Tally and Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate and protect it. You can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp if you prefer not to use the embedded form.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
